Nutrition with Claire Saundry

Claire Saundry is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Accredited Practising Sports Dietitian working within food industry and sports nutrition.

She worked as sports dietitian at the Western Bulldogs AFL Football Club,  working with elite athletes to achieve their sports nutrition goals. She provided them with the latest scientific evidence and optimal nutrition practices, combined with practical cooking and food selection advice.

 
As a passionate foodie, she recently joined Bega as the corporate nutritionist. Her role includes ensuring nutrition programs, principles and goals are integrated within Bega, to enable the company to promote and communicate nutrition internally and externally. She also develops and executes the key nutrition and wellbeing strategies within Bega and its sustainability programmes.

Claire is involved in Scoop consultancy, as a dietitian working with restaurants, food service companies, food industry and the media. This includes work such as nutrition analysis, trends, allergen audits and training. Scoop Nutrition is a leading nutrition consultancy lead by director Emma Stirling.
